Re the comment above about public sector employees, the apparent disparity between the rights and costs of the public sector compared to the private sector is a concern.

Also, despite the huge court fees now charged, does anyone genuinely think either value for money or service has actually improved? I suspect all of the additional funds have disappeared into some Treasury black hole instead of being used to improve the courts.
