When the last summary judgment application I made in a small money claim was heard, the Judge criticised me for making it on the grounds it took the Court so long to list it that I might as well have waited for trial of the matter. Claimants are now caught in a triple whammy of sky high fees, long delays at the courts and incompetent Judges when you get heard. Clients of mine give up on pursuit of many debts.
