These proposals have come shortly after expected proposals for privatising the Land Registry have been dropped from draft legislation. Much to the relief of many.

LR is a highly respected body with a good reputation for modernisation and customer service. Court reforms should follow its lead.

I particularly like the way that it runs parallel services for business and Citizen customers and feel that the public would be greatly reassured if the Courts did the same.
