Okay Mr Maloney, I will make this response a little shorter - I have no desire whatsoever to meddle in 'practical politics' - I will leave that to the politicians, and I do not envy them their task. All I am saying, this being a site for comments on legal matters, is that law is required to make Brexit happen (not an article 50 notice on its own), Parliament makes our laws and the task before it seems an arduous and difficult one. As far as I am concerned, you are most welcome to put me in my place and explain how straightforward the task of extricating the UK from the EU really is, despite my misgivings. I would actually welcome some good news on this subject if you have it!
