Again, there is no smoke without fire!! For it seems to me that the issue here is the modern day NEED to gain assistance from these types of avenues. And so I suggest that the system fix's the disgraceful problem with unreachable and or unrealistic costs/fees and moreover the blatant hindered access to legally assistance and justice and I am sure you will in turn fixed the problems as are being highlighted here, as there will be littler or no need for the people to continue approaching them.
