As for what these pages are filled with (they should only be with the views of members of the Law Society) I strongly suspect that many commentators are not members of the Law Society.

Anyone who seeks to justify the kind of behaviour demonstrated by this case surely does not understand the concept of professional ethics and how important professional ethics are for the protection of the public? If we do have members of the Law Society who have no appreciation of this issue - well I suppose the "profession" will continue to die....and we only have ourselves to blame for allowing such people into the profession in the first place.
