So on this page above the comments we have two examples of dodgy McKenzie friends... and below the comments we have directors of a solicitor's firm fined and a solicitor jailed for fleecing clients... I make that two-all!

I note that the dodgy McKenzies were properly dealt with, despite the apparent lack of regulation.

I hear stories all the time, and sometimes have direct knowledge of, solicitors and other qualified legals that aren't properly dealt with, despite their regulated status.

Indeed, clients often come to McKenzies in the first place because they don't trust the "professionals".
