I see!! So the closing down of large numbers of free access Law Centres and CAB's, who were to my recollected memory already offering their services to the people and legally assisting them in many ways not lease by way of help them gain legal representation cheaply, where not offering any of the services as will be offered by those avenues of assistance now being listed as being made available above then, NO???
