The strange thing about those who rely on the unqualified right of free speech is that actually want the right to freely insult whoever they want without consequence. This site is not about name-calling, and I would venture to suggest that this is the reason that your previous and current post will be removed.

To entertain your comments a little further you baldly state about low value whiplash claims that "...most of them are fabricated / exaggerated for the benefit of various parasites that live off such claims...". It is usual when writing such comments to have something to back up your statement of fact that most (ie. over 50%) are false or exaggerated.

An independent analysis of the figures provided by the Association of British Insurers shows that fraud is running at 0.25%, or £4 per policy. If you include the 'suspected fraud' approach used by insurers where they have no proof of fraud then this rises to about 1.7%. The top reported claim is 7% by an insurer using unverified statistics (and appears to possibly include people claiming falsely for stolen vehicles).

It therefore appears that the statement of fact on which you base your subsequent view is actually a poor statement of opinion, massively out of keeping with even a basic understanding of statistics, research or analysis.

So I am afraid that even ignoring the intended insult to the lawyers on this site, your comments appear to be of little, if any, value in progressing the debate.
