I agree with Simon Cockshutt. In my view the judges are correct. The problem lies not with them for upholding our constitutional law correctly but with Mr Cameron and his advisers who quite plainly either did not understand or appreciate the legal position themselves, or if they did, they failed to explain it at all to the general public before the referendum.

The fault for the predicament in which we now find ourselves lies, in my opinion, I am sorry to say, squarely with Mr Cameron.
