The problem is people have no faith or confidence in the Judicary. Decisions are often made for example whereby an individual with a violent history is awarded a soft sentence of community service and then within 48 hours go on to commit violent offences. Thus this latest debacle fudge similar thoughts of "the Judicary live on a different planet" to Joe Public".
If Parliaments consent was a necessary pre -requisite to brexit the referendum should not have taken place. Another argument is the millions of pounds wasted at a time the DWP via its outsourcing of decisions are reducing benefits to people who on are later successful on appeal. Most frustrating, so I guess the media are entitled to its opinion, draw readers attention to what they see as a shambles and sell newspapers.
