Does he mean: '..........those who have injured.........' I wonder?

God help us if the president cant even speak English!

I think it depends on whether we look those as a collective body of claimants (plural) or a claimant body (singular)....

But Bourne can be criticised on different grounds, not less the fact that the Law Society have no interest in fighting the Claims Introduction Polices aka Legal Expenses Insurance "Policies", that were supposed to be offered to the Profession to use (and underwritten as such) by way of the Legal Expenses Insurance Directive 1990.
