I am anon of 17.24 of 22nd, and just wanted to clarify to Martin Maloney that I did not mean women are shunted into having families, if that is what you thought I meant - it is simply true that a high proportion of female barristers work in family and care work, so not very representative of the broad spectrum of areas of the law - a further narrowing of the pool. If that is what you understood me to mean and still think I am degrading the human race by saying it, I don't know what to say!!!
