I gave up litigation after finding it impossible to get budgeting right despite my best efforts to do so.
It cannot be done unless the client can first provide an accurate indication of the amount of time required for his work.
It is an impossible scenario for a solicitor to be required to just guess having been provided with incomplete information and then to be held to it.
I'm glad I gave it up as a mugs game and I'm surprised that so many persevere.
