I'm sorry this is complete rubbish. Times taken to travel distances between towns and courts was the key issue determining closure of courts in Kent. We even complained at the time that the time taken to travel between Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury was inconceivable bearing in mind you would be travelling mostly through countryside and MoJ then reissued a different journey time - which was still rubbish but TWells Cnty Ct still closed regardless of all judges, court users and public being against it. Grrrrrrrr
