I was taking a swing more at the High Court judges with their "schemes" to resolve justice for lower value cases they have nothing to do with (with great schemes such as the 'Online Court', 'Costs Budgeting', 'No relief from sanctions', 'McKenzie Friends', 'Judicial Case Management', etc.).

Not DJs and Magistrates.
