Very surprised to hear this news, we can't really blame the fixed fees at the moment as I suspect the £800k debt is for previous trading years of say 2013, 2014 when cost draftsman still had plenty of standard costs work.

I always thought they were well positioned financially and always had a strong presence in the costs market and at various legal seminars.

I suppose big is not always best.

I will them and their staff well.
