"The MoD also plans to legislate to enshrine the position that combat immunity should apply to deaths or injuries which occur in the course of combat. Right so if the MOD is to be immune from claims for deaths and injuries arising out of combat on what basis will servicemen be permitted to bring claims? Or, is there to be a no fault scheme for injured servicemen and the families of servicemen killed on operations? Struggling at the back!
