I don't think the large claim firms will be the biggest professional casualty of the reforms: it will be the smaller firms whose business becomes wholly unsustainable. Of course the biggest casualty of all will be the injured claimants who are unable to obtain compensation for their genuine injuries.

As an aside, it always struck me as wrong that a commercial company can use a name which suggests they are a national helpline!
