Hi Dominic - you mock defendants asking the Judge why the case number has been changed - as though non legal minds should know why that has occurred ?
I have asked that question re the wife' s case with no response . But having taken Latin as a subject in an earlier life - have a logical mind and how can you reopen a case under Chapter 43, part v11, Section 142 - when that case has never been before a Magistrates Court for any judgement to be made , so while you contemplate that let me know what conviction a RO42 is as even the DVLA don't know and that is written on her licence at Kendal Court ???
