You had a brilliant chance to retain Maintenance and Champerty and the morality within the business and all of you chose not to (me included I suppose).

I cannot say I wanted to personally, but we chose (collectively) to go down the claims handling route.

We all knew exactly how poor the Law Society were in taking a moral stance, from twenty years or so ago. They are now even worse.

We need in reality a proper inquisitorial system. I don't see any the less need for the Bar there (it may be slimmed down and the exams made tougher but so what provided they weed out Oxbridgees, and Spunkbridgees in equal measure (as they used to) and are not 'marked' by the course offerors)... .

Then most save the very learning challenged can provide a bundle and statement and case analysis.
