Robert, completely agree with last comment. I was told that The Law Society was there to help solictors -I've yet to read an article about how they have done this. Instead they seem to be hell bent on bringing more shame to these poor solictors who are already in a desperate situation. Ridiculous that every email we get is about how our colleagues have been punished -often for a simple mistake. Who wouldn't live in fear of facing the SDT/Ombudsman and then having their name posted all over the internet by the The Law Society. Not to mention the ridiculous costs that they have to pay.
