Raynor I'm talking about solicitors as a profession as opposed to advocates, Sergeants or barristers etc. At the end of the day the vast majority of work that ends up in the court is a claim of some sort.

Mind you, I'd rather read original texts than anything to do with land law.

For ambulance chasing take a look in the direction of CMCs. Get rid of them, cold calling and TV/radio advertising and the problem goes away. Credit hire etc is a very different beast separate from injuries even if it arises from bent metal cases.
