Fair play to Jacqueline for sticking her head above the parapet, the debate does need an employer's point of view.

Clearly different forces are at play for firms outside of the Top 200. Should we be looking beyond the delivery of a quality period of recognised training on a cost neutral basis? The cost of hiring at any level, particularly raw graduates should not be underestimated.
