@19:40 - No-one will deny that that LPC is pointless and expensive, or that you learn more during the training contract than you do on the LPC. That much can be said of everyone.

And I don't think anyone will deny that Ms Emmerson's intensive training sessions may be useful.

The question is whether the intensive training sessions (which come at the expense of 'real work' and fee income) are the right way to go when it results in trainees being paid less and worked harder than they would otherwise.
