We need the Law Society rapid response media unit to move quickly to correct and publish all the factual inaccuracies present in the Justice Minister's speech.

Leadership means putting out statements to the media, which highlight a lack of veracity by the government, while at the same time educating the public, that decades' old legal rights are being eroded.

Acces to Justice is working hard to bring to the attention of all, the disengenous nature of proposed MOJ policy on tortious claims. Please can all solicitors who support justice, and an ethical, cold call free legal system, join up urgently to support them.
