I agree. As a keen motorcyclist and cyclist the reforms will have a huge and unwanted impact on two wheeled road users.

Commuting to work everyday by motorbike can be like cleaning the teeth of a very hungry great white shark. Either car drivers do not see bikers or are so oblivious to our existence they do not care. Quite often I have cars trying to filter into the same space as me where lanes merge and they should be giving way. For some reason they do not consider that they have to give way to a bike.

I also drive a car on a regular basis so it is not a case of biker v car driver hate. Some people just do not consider bikes at all.
