It is all very sad. i spent a fortune training, well my parents spent it on me, only for me to think, way back in 1997, that it was time to get out. The landslide of a Labour government was the writing on the wall so far as I was concerned. I attended a talk on Legal Aid Franchisin at which Paul Boetang said 'if we are elected we are not going to reverse these cuts. So get used to them!' It was the pompous, arrogant, 'we are not going to pay lawyers more money' attitude and the way in which he said it which made up my mind...

Plus the prospect of forming a limited company and helping purchasers of property in France...
