Not only that (most lawyers having no understanding of what conflicts are let alone insurers), but once the independent law firm has gone you have another paradigm landscape in existence with different morals and ethics and further you have a whole different type and level of fees for anything outside the ordinary car park shunt.

Be worried. The Law Society weren't and still aren't .
