They could call this new and innovative idea 'Legal Aid', for instance. I am quite sure it would work very well and allow everyone, poor and rich alike, to instruct those properly qualified to help with their legal problems and be paid properly for being so instructed.

Next you will be wanting to operate some sort of statutory charge assuming that Insurers Bankers and the rest of the Financial Services 'Professions', (that haven't plundered the public purse to the tune of £500 Billion QE), don't have to pay the tab for their anti consumer, anti democratic "defences" and then a small lewvy taken for running such a system by way of taxation.

That is so Rushcliffian, 1970's or 1980's even. Have I woken up in the wrong decade or iz you jus a Commie or oummit .....
