Demonstrates why Bolton Council's Beloved Leader was a tad foolish to get into bed with Asons. It must be questionable whether the firm will survive this scandal and if not, the "quality" jobs which the council hoped to attract to a town badly in need thereof, may sadly not materialise. On the bright side Beloved Leader will be able to write off the wasted bribe (sorry, "fully justified grant") against the vast sums he claims to have saved shrinking his residents hitherto vastly oversized bins.
