As the Chairman of A2J, having spent almost all of my time since November 2015 countering the well rehearsed ad lib lines of insurers, I am deeply angered and embarrassed by the discredit this report brings upon the profession. As if the appalling Shiner debacle was not enough, Axa properly target this firm, and the mud unfortunately will stick to all honest professionals who have unblemished client centric careers. The SRA must urgently investigate this firm and all of it's dealings with suppliers and opponents. Also, if fraudulent behaviour is alleged by Axa, then Greater Manchester Police should show an immediate interest.
