So is it safe to assume that HP also impose these diversity requirements and high moral principles on the manufacturers of HP products, most of which seem to be based in China, Malaysia, Brazil and other such fine examples of corporate responsibility and sustainability?

If they are unable to do so perhaps they should re-shore such manufacturing, so they could maintain such control.

I'm not holding my breath.
