Your acceptance that everything digital is good is not compelling.

As Mick C commented below, if this was to be a " journey" where conveyancing was modernised in a sensible way, then that is one thing, but I fear the reality is that we are heading for large scale dumbing down of matters which in some cases cannot be reduced to mere algorithms.

The Matrix may have made compelling cinema, but the Mishcon case, and the poor arguments put forward to support the abortive sell off of the Land Registry, highlight the ignorance of those outside of the conveyancing profession.

Finally where is the Law Society's intervention in the case mentioned above?
