OK by 'bogus' i mean everything for the loss of a leg when claimant clearly still has two... to claims which 'just' fail for whatever reason.

The NHS cannot go on taking attacks after attack where £72,000 are racked up in costs when the claim settles at £3,500, where £2m is claimed, but £50,000 accepted 12, yes TWELVE, days before trial.
