The insistence on "medical evidence" for a whiplash claim is pusillanimous.

Even with the best efforts of ethical and conscientious doctors, "Medical evidence" can often be no more than a recitation of the claimed symptoms - but typed out nicely.

Such reports impart no more than a bogus imprimatur to what remains an arcane condition.

The way forward is surely either a routine few hundred quid if you've been in an accident (on a no fault basis and sans report) or simply declaring the condition non compensable.
