Anonymous 17.59 - I agree with every word.

The (faux?) naivety of so many of what I presume to be claimant lawyer contributors in trying to conflate the dodgy diagnosis of whiplash with conventional and provable injury is so well described by Anonymous at 12.57 that I consider the final lines bear repeating:

"When I look back, I'm certain that 90% plus of the 'whiplash' sufferers I assisted had nothing more than a an ache you would feel after a gym session, the majority of those suffering even less than that; merely claiming their 2k because "everybody else does". Yet, at the time I had metaphorical fingers in my ears, certain that I was providing some grand service to innocent victims.

The howls of outrage at the special treatment to be afforded to whiplash claims must surely be viewed through this filter.
