Ron Jeremey, frustrating but that's exactly the point. The number of solicitors I have came across in my career who don't understand even the most basis insurance principles is fascinating. If you have an accident, you are, de facto, and from an actuarial point of view a higher risk and your premiums will reflect that. However different insurers model their business round different risk levels so you should always find one that's more friendly.
