Surely the best thing to have done to reduce fraudulent claims was to make it law that all vehicles should be fitted with cameras. This in turn should also reduce insurance premiums.

I don't believe they should have gone to these lengths as there is now disparity between different types of claim. EL and PL still get the full amount whilst RTA claims get some reduced tariff which isn't representative of the injuries sustained.

By introducing cameras into vehicles, I admit some people may have lost their jobs but no where near the 35,000 with these reforms.
