And your anger stems from "access to justice" for the common man or your own job prospects?, have you not learnt that the general public are sick of PI Sector and see them as leeches, most people are not as stupid as Lawyers/ Paralegals think and a higher percentage see exactly what these claim farmers are and that's nothing to do with the insurance industry or CMC or whatever its simply to do with faceless corporations offering no win no fee compensation to clients not customers.
Outside of your own sector you will find little sympathy and the constant peddling of "rights" and "access to justice" (but only if somebody pays us to defend you) is really not hitting home with those it affects most of all which are innocent victims of road traffic accidents
