Does anyone want to help my solicitor Bird and Lovibond take on a large insurer! They insisted on 50/50 liability even though the policyholder admitted losing control. The defendant insurer / claimant solicitor contract with my first solicitor created conflict of interest against my claim and also knocked down the Chinese wall sharing personal claimant data with defendant. Now I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia due to the RTA, they will really try it on. Good luck for the legal justice system in the coming months as a Trump style battering made by Mrs May and her cohorts may ruin the UK before the demise of the US.
