My grandsons case persued by Father & Grandparents with my grandsons mothers blessing in Open Court in front of
Judge Gillian Matthews, a suing case against LA, dismissed, No Cause of Action.
Our Cause of Action had already happened, that the case was no longer only heard and kept within the secrecy of the Family Court System.
My grandson is now approaching 21yrs of age and the LA are trying every means possible to stop any contact with him, but throughout the years we have been informed anonymously his adopted new name, whereabouts, his doctors name, we could approach him in the street, and tell him WHAT? I would be devastated to hear, with evidence to support, just how insignificant my life with my birth family was, the help with the diagnosis Cerebral Atrophy my birth family obtained from an outside Charity Foundation that made a huge difference to my development, It is all too sad and inhumane to think about, but how else do we let him know he is my sons only son, was our world, still is, and yet he is now a childless couples son, their world, any suggestions
