It is disgusting that firms of solicitors are associated with these claims farmers. There needs to be an urgent investigation into this and whether referral fees were being paid.
Hopefully the government reforms will mean in the future solicitors won’t be willing to pay claims farmers and their numbers should start to decline. Just a shame the profession itself never tackled the issue
