Anonymous timed 10:06 and 11:56, why are you so fearful of identifying yourself?

As Andrew Twambley says, A2J is a campaigning group and supporters align themselves to oppose the threat to access to justice, hence the name A2J. Supporters do not complete an application form nor are they vetted. The Committee of A2J has given the best part of 15 months of their own time for free and is continuing to do so, for the benefit of all future claimant's and for the PI sector. That may include you.

Ask yourself what you or your firm has done to persuade HMG that there is another way? Please read the A2J Alternative Claims Framework (ACF), which is on the web site www.ajag.co.uk . It is the only credible alternative to the governments proposals.

A2J continues to campaign both above and below the radar and the fight continues inside parliament and in the media. The ACF is being promoted and many MP's including Conservatives buy into the ACF's proposals.

A2J and myself are firmly against cold calling and all that it entails. Allegations are being made against a law firm, which are not currently supported by any public evidence (not Ralli, as we take no CMC work). By contrast just ask yourself what questionable tricks are employed by Insurers, which are not in the best interests of the public?

The point is that there can be allegations directed at both sides of the argument, but shouldn't we all be focused on getting the fairest result rather than denigrating those who are genuinely committed to obtaining a fair result for the claimants and the sector?
