A question for A2J.The vast majority of RTA claims are based on reports where only evidence injury is self reporting of claimants.How far would a commercial or debt case get if accountant's only evidence was the word of the claimant without any documentary evidence ?The problem here us not fraud as in staged accidents.It is people claiming who are only claiming because the can .Look at some of the bus passenger claims for goodness sake !!
