Anon 11/03 21:40 just like the pulled hamstring you suffered, most minor injured won't impact your life in any meaningful way, it's a nuisance you should just have to deal with. The reason there is so many CMCs cold calling like this is the avalanche of pretend injuries. If you can still go to work, if you don't need painkillers, if you can still go to the gym (ability only moderately affected in the MR parlance) you simply haven't suffered a real injury. Real compensation for real effect. Broken bones, PTSD, head injuries, ligament damage. All injuries that should be compensated. A bit of a sore neck absolutely not. And before you down vote this , think what you are saying. It's perfectly reasonable for someone with a nuisance short lived minor sprain to get money for it?
