Of course fees will be paid. Why else would anyone be involved in it who isn't a Solicitor??
One person I met recently told me he was going out to a favourite holiday destination in Europe to gather up the names and addresses of people who would wish to claim. He was going to be paid to do this.
The government-and the SRA with its fetish for ABS's and the "need for competition" has created this utter, utter mess.
