I am surprised that lawyers have chosen to remain anonymous- is there some reason for this other than the obvious- I am sorry but i do think that if you mean what you say and have the courage of your conviction then you should be able to tell your own regulator in no uncertain terms what you think of their decisions and the discrimination between large and small firms- the worst part is that the numbers involved in the larger firms would be much larger then any small firm- so really it is time that the public were made aware that they should go to the larger firms for any money laundering issues- also the larger the firm the better because the larger firm will select who becomes their sacrificial lamb whereas in the smaller firms there is none other than the boss himself! so if his employee does something and he has overlooked for any reason, the boss pays the price whereas in the bigger firm it is the employee only it seems. why were all the partners not sanctioned? they owe a duty to each other, they should have been more careful and done their due diligence before picking on partners that they did- is that not what partnership is all about- you pay for the sins of others because you chose to do so.
