No, no, old Anon, I never said that anyone who made a mistake was a villain. I, for example, made a silly mistake in writing to the Gazette all those years ago (ah! how long ago) but I still don't consider myself a villain. Neither do I suggest that the solicitor who under duress of circumstances succumbs to the temptation to forge a document or lie to a court is a "villain". But I do suggest that he is unfit to be a solicitor. Clearly you disagree.
