While I am fully for the notion that all 'proven' wrongs should be punished, I cannot help but feel that while it has already been established/acknowledged in the judges findings, that this particular individual clearly lacks the full mental capacity and or ability for a person of her age, she, just like a child, maybe subject to lacking and impede the ability to stay on the right path and thus is easily lured to stray over into the path of wrong. To imprison her again seems a rather pointless exercise especially given that we have not been given the reasoning for her persistent begging. And so therefore if it is to say secure the purchase of much needed items such as food etc, should we not be reminded that much of society today are living daily on handouts from 'Food Bank' due to the conditions that have been created by the Governments of this country.
